It was just 8 years back when we were introduced to an all new world of possibilities with first ever iPhone. Yesterday, 10 Sep 2015 marked the beginning of an all new era with the launch of Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. These two iPhones are big changers and are from the family of best selling technology giant, Apple.
The duo was launched on 10th of September 2015, at San Francisco. While the launch also marked the introduction of iPad Pro and Apple TV, yet the hottest burning topic of discussion was the iPhone specs and prices. The prices are set to remain unchanged from their predecessors; the specs are set to offer something advanced and history maker.

The new launched iPhone are something extravagant and all new. They don’t promise lighter, thinner, slimmer, bigger version this time, but a transformation and a start of a new technology, 3D touch. The 3D touch was earlier seen in Apple Watch in the form of Force Touch.
According to the brand, 3D Touch will change the way we touch and tap on the screens of iPhones. Your touch and tap will decide what action the app or home screen will perform. For instance, tapping a point in an app may lead to open a photograph, while in some other app it might be to open files. You will also get to see the active apps while you long press the edge of your iPhone. Another distinction that will come with these iPhones is availability in a new color- Rose Gold, apart from the basic traditional shades of Grey, Silver and Golden Hues.
The specifications include screen size of 4.7 inches for iPhone 6s and 5.5 inch for iPhone 6s Plus. Featuring a full HD screen and a resolution similar to those of their predecessor, they offer nothing new in this segment. However, a faster and second generation touchID integrates with aircraft grade aluminum makes it stand out of the crowd. The tough grade build can be associated to those of Samsung Galaxy S6 series.
Both the iPhones host an improved 12 MP rear camera with 4K video support. The resolution of 750×1334 pixels offers colors and graphics, much better than you had expected. The front camera stand at 4MP which is said to be with front flash, as Apple will introduce a technology where display will light up to act as a front camera flash, and thus prettier and clear selfies.
Under the hood also comes the TouchID fingerprint scanner which works as fast as about twice the usual speed. The platform is iOS 9. The iPhones are available in a variant of storage space and a 64 bit A9 chipset paired with 2 GB RAM that will make speedy processing and work without any glitches. You can expect thunderbolt performance with such strong hardware configurations.
Another addition that can be expected to these new Apple smartphones is the Force Touch Technology which will enable tracking the difference between a hard and soft touch on the screen and thus, letting the operating system decide what action to perform. Seems like Apple is all set to create a new history in the world with is best qualities on display. The iPhones are currently launched in 12 countries worldwide and are expected to reach India by Diwali. This phablet sized iPhone is set to mark the history with exotic features all embedded inside.
