Avoiding worry, stress, and tension is the single most important key to longevity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10834\" src=\"https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/how-success-measure.png\" alt=\"how-success-measure\" width=\"442\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/how-success-measure.png 442w, https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/how-success-measure-300x261.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 442px) 100vw, 442px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>How we do better?<\/h2>\n<p>Any time of the year, we think like a farmer.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We do not shout at the crops.<\/li>\n<li>We do not blame the crop for not growing fast enough.<\/li>\n<li>We don\u2019t uproot crops before they\u2019ve had a chance to grow.<\/li>\n<li>We choose the best plans for the soil.<\/li>\n<li>We irrigate and fertilize.<\/li>\n<li>We remove weeds.<\/li>\n<li>We remember you will have good seasons and bad seasons &#8211; you can\u2019t control the weather only be prepared for it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table width=\"624\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"624\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Clash! Clash! Peel the bells<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>New Year life their welcome tells,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Wealth of sunny days to be.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Sing the joy bells gleefully,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Golden hours and days we give,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Hours and days in which to live.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>In the ways of truth and right,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>So the bells ring forth with might,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Heralding a future bright,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Clash! Clash! Peel the bells!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2>Complex Maze Chair Game<\/h2>\n<p>Snacking and munching on the way, we continued the monthly trend and played an amazing maze of paths and possibilities as team members placed chair pegs anywhere on the pathway. Others had to find the route between the pegs.<\/p>\n<p>This team-building game challenged the teams to solve a problem very collaboratively. One person was blindfolded and the other one had to instruct the way out. The first person was required to follow the instructions and traverse in between the chairs grid kept in no particular order. When the blindfolded member stepped off the path, they will need to start again. But they were given three points to disqualify. It requires the team to support each other in order to succeed. Ultimately It created feelings of euphoric success demonstrating what the team can achieve when they work together. The game can be scaled by having multiple teams play simultaneously, creating competition.<\/p>\n<p>The opponent teams had the option to increase the difficulty of the game and thus make it potentially very frustrating. It was important to be conscious of the team&#8217;s stress level. If the team became overly frustrated the game was paused and allowed time to think to rethink their plan.<\/p>\n<h2>Lucky Wheel<\/h2>\n<p>We spin a picker wheel that picks two lucky winners. If the person whose name is displayed on the screen is not present in the room, they are not considered, and the wheel is rotated again. It goes on until two lucky winners are declared to set off the evening.<\/p>\n<h2>Follow Up<\/h2>\n<p>Some events are designed to foster relationship building while other activities are made to develop a specific skill in a fun way. As we kick off the new year with a few, we intend our employees to learn communication, problem-solving, creative thinking, and employee bonding on the way!
