Or faced a workaholic peer? How did it make you feel? Not safe to say no or have good boundaries? Low psychological safety? Such a situation can have a detrimental impact on your mental health and physical well-being, so what can you do about it?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Depersonalize their actions as it is less about you than them<\/li>\n<li>Avoid glorifying the behavior and instead be a positive role model<\/li>\n<li>Resist peer pressure as all comparison is the thief of joy<\/li>\n<li>You need to set boundaries as what we tolerate in life continues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, remember to adjust your perspective on productivity. While it may be tempting to gauge your daily success based on the number of hours you work, it\u2019s the quality of work you deliver that matters most. Being good at your job doesn\u2019t mean working more\u00a0 &#8211; it means producing results.<\/p>\n<p>On this note, between beautiful preparations and traditional rituals, we joined hands to meet, greet, and of course, eat. Here\u2019s a sneak peek:<\/p>\n<h2>Hopscotch Game<\/h2>\n<p>The goal of this team-building game was to match feet to the pictures on the ground, going row by row, until you get to the end. Each row had pictures in a different order. Two players started together, following their respective set of rows, hopping stepwise, matching their feet with the Hopscotch printables. The one who reached the end, without flouting any rule, received dairy milk! The crowd cheered their friends as they made it to the finish line.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10857\" src=\"https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/hopscotch-printables.jpg\" alt=\"hopscotch printables\" width=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/hopscotch-printables.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/hopscotch-printables-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After completing the first one, the crowd flocked to the next game:<\/p>\n<h2>Tic Tac Toe Cup Game<\/h2>\n<p>Two players will try to flip their respective cups upside down using their fingers.\u00a0 Once their cup has successfully been flipped upside down, they had to place that cup anywhere on the tic-tac-tow board. The first player to have three cups in a row wins!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10858\" src=\"https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/tic-tac-toe-cup-game.jpg\" alt=\"tic tac toe cup game\" width=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/tic-tac-toe-cup-game.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.konstantinfo.com\/konstant-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/tic-tac-toe-cup-game-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After completing the second one, the crowd flocked to the final game:<\/p>\n<h2>Passing the Paper Cup With a Straw<\/h2>\n<p>Twenty players were made to stand in a set of two rows. Each one of them had a straw in their mouth. The player at the beginning of each row had to hold a paper cup with a straw and pass it on to subsequent members in the row. The row that completes the sequence earliest was the winner. Every player on the winning team received dairy milk!<\/p>\n<p>As we wrapped the gaming, the enthused players had a special situation that kept them hooked to their seats. And that was the monthly lucky wheel spin:<\/p>\n<h2>Lucky Draw Winners<\/h2>\n<p>The roulette wheel was spun twice to declare the winners from amongst the members present in the room.
