To make its mobile presence more prominent in the world of internet marketing, the microblogging company Twitter has recently introduced a helping toolkit for developers, which it has named as Fabric<\/strong>. This mobile-app platform has been launched to lure more and more developers to the suite of products that Twitter has in its kitty.<\/p>\n

According to the CEO of Twitter Dick Costolo, Fabric is the future of mobile software development. He gave this statement in the flight conference held in San Francisco, where the Fabric application was officially announced. The fabric is, for the most part, based on the technologies of two companies that were acquired by Twitter, in 2013<\/strong>. One is MoPub, a mobile-ad exchange, and another is the Crashlytics, an app analytics firm.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the flagship services that Twitter provides, the main aim of launching Fabric is to tap the revenue potential market.<\/p>\n

With the launch of this feature, Twitter is also trying to control the appearance of the content on the web that how they are seen by its users who are not logged into their accounts.<\/p>\n

In the same conference, Twitter also unmasked its another tool known as Digits<\/strong>, which is an app within Fabric. This tool is to authenticate the mobile app users through the telephone numbers. McDonald is the first partner of the Digits, which it uses in almost all the apps, including its customer engagement app known as Surprise.<\/p>\n

Coming over to Fabric again, which is considered to be an improved mobile platform for twitter will not immediately affect the ad services of Twitter, but if its approaches of logging in, collecting data, and measuring the analytics can be eased up a bit, it can become the highest and biggest performing ad engine on the web and beyond.<\/p>\n

There are many rumors in market about the launch of Fabric due to the decreasing popularity that Twitter is facing. Our views on the reason behind the introduction of Fabric in the mobile development<\/a> world are:<\/p>\n

\u00bb <\/strong> There are very few developers who use Twitter for monetizing purposes. Facebook is extremely famous in all the business and corporate units whether small, medium, or large.<\/p>\n

\u00bb <\/strong> According to a survey, there are only 4%<\/strong> developers who think that twitter is superlative. The other famous platforms are Google, AdColony, Flurry, Chartboost, etc.<\/p>\n

\u00bb <\/strong> Google, Facebook, YouTube, AdColony, and NativeX have greater volume than Twitter in terms of users\u2019 acquisition.<\/p>\n
