Upholding the International Women\u2019s Day (IWD) theme this year-\u201cPlanet 50-50 by 2030: Step It Up for Gender Equality.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0 Konstantinfo is celebrating Tuesday, 8th March 2016 with great vigor and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n

Women have entered all over the universe, leaving no industry whether media, economics, politics, technology, medical sciences, administration and what not. Truly though, women are so amazingly striking that they should be celebrated each day. But it\u2019s great to having a day dedicated to recognizing our hard work and relentless efforts.<\/p>\n

With more than 25 women in our office, I feel the air is beautiful as more women contribute and rise up to esteemed positions in different departments, including business analysis, pre-sales and post-sales, web and app development, quality analysis, digital marketing and operations. We find great delight to be a part of Konstant family.<\/p>\n

Perhaps, as never before, we see the outstanding progress since the first IWD (in 1908). However, the gender parity fight will take years to completely die out. Triumphant ladies, standing in the forefront, are redefining the strata and presence of women all around.<\/p>\n

This day, you may everywhere read about the contributions of world\u2019s most inspiring women who changed the world and people\u2019s viewpoint. Few prominent names include Anne Frank, Mother Teresa, Billie Jean King, Diana (Princess of Wales), Malala, Benazir Bhutto, Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Coco Chanel, Madonna, Angela Merkel, Indira Gandhi, Madam Curie and the list is endless.<\/p>\n

Honoring all the women, we, at Konstantinfo, have a real message for women and men out here that each other\u2019s support and encouragement can only bring the change in society. More importantly, it\u2019s not only the men we can ask to cooperate and empower us, but women should also stand together and value one another\u2019s existence.<\/strong> Instead of repressing, we should promote and reinforce each and every woman, whether working or homemaker, in the progressive social, political and economic worlds.<\/p>\n

Together with the theme of #PledgeforParity, the motto of Konstantinfo this year is \u2018Power begins with power within<\/strong>.\u2019 This is what we believe and implement in our company by working competently in interdepartmental teams.<\/p>\n

Well, we are quite fortunate to have been living a dignified life- certainly a lot more than what our mothers and grandmothers had and what those ladies in conservative societies still suffer.<\/p>\n

There are many ways you can be a part of the Women\u2019s Day celebrations this year. Inspire a friend to pledge for gender parity in the workplace or outside, which is sincerely a global necessity all women expect and long for. This will indeed be the greatest tribute to each woman on this planet.<\/p>\n
