It’s beyond the inspirational quote and artwork chalked onto the pillar, glowing customer testimonials, lining the walls. All that stuff looks nice and makes life a little more pleasant for the employer, employees, and visitors. Great organizational work culture is more than fun, paychecks, and perks.<\/p>\n
Konstant sponsored a session with Brahmakumaris on the first Saturday of September 2019 to foster a culture that makes people want to work for them and more importantly, stays!<\/p>\n
The session defined the purpose of the “Mharo Rajasthan Samriddh Rajasthan – 2019\u201d campaign with lots of fun activities, role plays, pledge and spiritual messages. All teams needed to attend the session. It took place between 4 PM \u2013 5 PM in Cafeteria. Brahmakumaris World Spiritual Organization\u00a0spearheaded the session from Jaipur towards Bikaner, Alwar, Dungarpur, Udaipur, Mt. Abu, and Barmer.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Topic of Session at Konstant\u00a0was: Happy Living and Meditation\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Following points were discussed:<\/p>\n Brahma Kumaris is a worldwide spiritual movement dedicated to personal transformation and world renewal.
