Any area in which you think Konstant Infosolutions could improve on?
I believe they can approach the Gulf area more. There are a lot of companies doing a lot of work here and they are not half as good as Konstant Infosolutions.

Was their expertise up to what you expected?
Everything was just fine. They even sent people from their team to Kuwait and gave me great service. Technical expertise was good. Even when I needed a decision regarding two choices, I would depend on their advice.

Great programming. Very flexible in dealing and pricing. Most importantly, they don't care about what technical aspect you ask for, they manage it somehow.
What was the budget range for this project?
It was around 15,000 USD.
As far as time and budget, was everything as initially planned?
Some delays happened, but not because of them. It was more because of me. I had some issues with other things that were out of our hands. I am still collaborating with them and plan to do that for a long term.
How would you describe their Project Management?
They are very flexible. Some companies in India just say yes to everything, but have problems understanding the actual work needed or have bad expertise, specially in design. However, Konstant Infosolutions were great. They are very flexible, so sometimes I asked to do things that were initially outside of the scope itself, but they still did it. They really used logic and accepted to ammend work. You can really depend on them.
How did you meet Konstant Infosolutions and what led you to hiring them?
I had some other projects in the past, so I had the experience on how to search for the most suitable company for me. I did some research for two weeks or more. I talked to about 10 companies. Konstant Infosolutions gave me a reasonable price and their previous work was good and near to my concept. They were a perfect fit.

My name is Ahmad Mousa. I live in Kuwait. My business is the concept of a platform to sell and buy without trading fees.
Could you explain what your project was about?
The idea is that people can buy and sell among themselves, but without the transaction within the application. The money and items transaction happens outside. We have the concept of letting people trust each other.
