July Monthly Fun Activities @ Konstant Infosolutions

We love celebrating small wins, whether a birthday, a new car, a new home, a new baby, a wedding anniversary, a work anniversary, a promotion, an increment, or just the upcoming weekend! We like indulging in subtle delicacies, relishing every bite, sipping a hot cup of tea/coffee, and munching snacks on the go. This weekend was no different.

We love celebrating weekends because of the meaning they have behind them. Each month, we get a little older, a little wiser, a little resilient, and a little stronger.

When we say that happiness is a state of mind, it goes without saying that true happiness is not a temporary feeling that comes and goes but something that guides our perspectives on what happens in our lives. But to ensure true happiness, we need to make conscious choices.

What can you do?

Every month we try to predict where we’ll be in the next month – but we’re usually wrong. During last month’s activity, our prediction for this month didn’t exactly include…going from 100 to 150+ employees, extending maternity leaves for female employees, starting hybrid work culture, and being recognized by Analytics Insight and Deccan Herald as a top app development company. But here we are!

As we reflect on this past month, we see many 12+ hour work days, sleepless nights, and days of uncertainty. We’ve made many mistakes and pivots but also learned a ton.

But we know these tough days got us to where we’re now.

Success isn’t linear. And it’s certainly not easy.

We’re always gonna celebrate the wins – big and small. And every birthday, every new purchase, every increment, we’re gonna pop a bottle of fizzy water, look back, and smile at where we’ve come from.

Fun @ Konstant’s Monthly Party

Games are great fun, whether you are playing at a birthday party, at home, at class, or during office activity. They keep us entertained and leave a deep impact on us.

Game 1

Hopping a balloon with one hand and throwing a ball with another hand was a skill and a trick that only a select few could accomplish. Participants were expected to ensure the balloon did not slip out of their fingers or drift away. The participants who finished first won the game.

Game 2

This is one of the games you should try. A person balances a paper cup on their head and takes it to the table at the other end of the room. The person at the other end picks it up and makes a pyramid out of the cups they collect. They had to make each cup stand perfectly. The team who completed the challenge in the minimum time won the game.

Lucky Draw Winners

  1. Shubham P.
  2. Ruby C.
