A full house at Konstantinfo thrilled the SBN cricket ground, Jaipur for an inter-office match on Saturday, 27th February 2016. Divided into four male teams and two female teams, it was an outstandingly competent cricket between players on the field. The match started off between Konstant Strikers and Konstant Chargers with 15 overs for each team, where Strikers dominated the game during the second innings, hit the winning runs with fours and sixes one after the other and entered into finals.
Next, Konstant Warriors and Konstant Panthers inflamed the field with electrifying batting and balling skills of both team players. It was a killer game where the audiences hollered, stood up from their seats and cheered for their respective teams. And the extra efforts of Warriors paid off with their win, sending them into finals to play against the Strikers. Warriors, with a sensational spell, scored the best-ever in the day recording 189 runs from the team.
With a cool weather in the morning, Sun shined bright during the afternoon hours. The organizers made great arrangements of live DJ and music keeping the crowds and players in the rhythm of cricket and tantalizing food, snacks and drinks for a healthy game.
Road to the Final – Strikers Vs Warriors
Meanwhile, the field witnessed a tremendous cricket between female teams. Women Warriors and Women Chargers played a phenomenal innings of 8 overs each on the ground. The Chargers hit a high score of 102 runs, to be chased by female warriors. Driving away the bat with their best shots, women Warriors lost it with just 2 runs. And Konstantinfo got its female champions as Women Chargers.
Moving ahead, the much awaited final match between male Warriors and Strikers took off as Warriors chose to bat first. Playing intensely with great batting shots, the team set a high score of 183 runs in the league. In the second innings, the Strikers tried hard but could not chase the target score and lost the match by 37 runs. The warriors triumphantly run around the pitch after they were declared as the Winners of Konstantinfo Cricket League 2016.
Vipin Jain (Founder and CEO) and Manish Jain (Co-founder and Managing Director) gave a victorious end to the day as they distributed grand and exquisite trophies to the winning teams and congratulated the whole office for a striking Cricket.
