Most of us are a sort of people who will write “make a to – do list” on their to-list just so we can cross it off.
That example gets flack sometimes, but we’re really doing – because we know there are more folks like us out there who are stacking wins.
We’re ramping up our mindset.
We’re being our own hype women (hype men).
When we collect small wins, we send the message to our brains that we’re productive. We’re accomplished. We’re capable, and we get stuff done.
So go ahead and add small wins to your “to-do” list and make sure there are a few you can cross off when you start your day:
- Build momentum
- Reply to emails
- Review your schedule
- Get up at roughly the same time every day
- Do you do a quick workout in the morning? HIIT?
- Sit ups or pushups? Put them on the list and cross ‘em off when you’re done!

Fun Games @ Konstant
We indulged in some easy, playful, and tricky team building activities that were quick, and entertaining. The purpose of these games is to give employees time to bond and connect which leads to better communication, job satisfaction and retention.
#Game01
A table was laid out with equal number of paper cups facing up and facing down. Four players (in two teams) stood on four corners of the table. They had to start upturning the cups in a way such that paper cups facing down had to be turned up while paper cups turning up had to be turned down. The game went on until the referees asked to stop. All the paper cups facing downwards were counted + and all the paper cups turning upwards were counted. The team with maximum number of paper cups won the game.
#Game02
9 paper cups were arranged upside down with plastic balls on the top. One player each (with 9 cups) had to lift the cup, turn it upright, and make the plastic ball fall into the cup; keep the cup with the ball back on the table, and repeat the process with all other cups. The player who finished first was the winner.
#Game03
All the members in the room swayed and grooved with quirky music, gracefully carrying a paper cup over their heads. People had to save their cups from falling (from pesky intruders). The last man standing was the winner.

Signing Off
We are in the 9th month of this year. But 2023 still seems new. India witnessed some historic events like the launch of its first spacecraft Chandrayaan – 3 to study moon, followed by the launch of PSLV C-57 Aditya L1 spacecraft to study Sun.
When everything feels up in the air, we become so focused on figuring out the future that we forget to look back.
As employees we need to take a moment to give ourselves credit for all that we’ve accomplished over the past few months. And make sure to include what we’ve learned.
Even if we feel like we had to start over, we probably know things now that we didn’t before. In other words, we’re starting over with valuable experience.
No matter how productive today is, relax and rest up this weekend! We deserve every bit!
