How does the application work?
This application is created to improve the overall efficiency by automating all the paper work and making is available on digital platform.
- Users create a new project; select the type of investigation as in (Phase I ESA, Soil Borings, Groundwater Monitoring, Asbestos Surveys, or the Map/Note task).
- Users can input their specific investigation data into the forms that data is saved to the device and can then be backed up on the server.
- The app comes with an option to export files manually to the server, so save from any error that might occur while automatic remote back-up.
- All the back-up data is in form of excel files, based on their data/tasks.
- Approved users can access and download the data through any web browser, if they work within the same company.
The Flow of Development Process
The back and forth, proactive communication, and addressing the issues upfront were the key highlights, that lead to the success of this project.
