We connected with Rob Conn, from the United States of America, to build a project on a veterinary consulting firm. It is a website that works as a group purchase organization for the US veterinary industry. Veterinary Consulting Firm manages veterinary practices and concerned vendors operating in the United States, sending requests for bulk purchasing of veterinary equipment and products from various vendors who are part of the Veterinary Consulting Firm vendor pool.

With support from top-level management, pro-identification and management of risk, commitment and ownership from team members, practice schedules and feasible budgets, we headed with specific goals and deliverables to achieve. We simultaneously followed a measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound approach with development best practices to achieve the desired solution. Resolving conflicts and mitigating risks midway, we were successful in doing that.
