A Day Dedicated to Smash It Konstant 2025 (TT Tournament)

TT Toutnament 2025 - Because a racket roars louder than code!
It was not just the first weekend of April, but the sequence of events that followed had a massive impact on our mental and physical health. It is so easy to overestimate the importance of one defining moment and underestimate the value of making minor improvements daily. When we convince ourselves that we need to put in the legwork to achieve that success, whether it is losing weight, building an empire, writing a book, and winning a game, we put pressure on ourselves to make some earth-shattering improvement that everyone will discuss.
Yes, we too felt the pressure. The air was energized and heavy around this time of the month. While HR’s negotiated the dates, they finalized just a few weeks back. And by that time we had a handful of enthusiasts, who no – matter – what showed their A – game on the table. We don’t remember anyone was nervous though, first timers did had their inherent fears about the course of the game.
Like Mondays that hit a bit differently, after a rested mind, and body, Weekends are no different, with a restlessness to rush back home, reset and recharge. They are slower than other days of the week – no team huddle, no manager nudging you. You set the tone for the week and hold yourself to it.
Working 9:30 to 6:30, Monday’s are predictable – check emails, catch up on updates and pending tasks, get to work. It feels safe and comfortable.
Then comes a sudden outbreak of unpredictability, a nervous breakdown, a piercing news that creates chill down the spine.
HR’s did that this time, infusing an enthusiasm, shattering the monotony with the news of conducting Smash It_Konstant_2025 ( TT Tournament) on the first Weekend of April 2025.
It was completely on the will of the employees to choose the challenge over comfort. Sitting on their desks and code, scroll, chat, draw, email would have been easier than to prove oneself in front of a lavish audience, defend the smashes, spins, strikes, and blasts of the ball, navigating through the boisterous cheers, occasionally groove with the vibrant atmosphere.
Whether people played, cheered, or helped make it all run smoothly, they turned out to be great sports. Such activities not only refresh us but also build stronger bonds among team members — that makes us revere Konstant.
So, how did it go?

In a surprise twist, Neeraj Gurjar — young, agile, and blazing with ambition — made his mark. He outpaced his seniors, ducked smashes, and flipped tables (figuratively!) with his counterattacks.
