We’re looking for a AI/ML Engineer
Job Description:
We're seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy intelligent systems that learn from data and drive real-world impact. You'll apply advanced machine learning, NLP, and OCR techniques to build scalable AI products that automate decision-making and continuously improve through experience.
Requirements and Duties:
Develop predictive and classification models tailored to client needs Deploy models into production environments and ensure scalability and performance Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for production use Monitor and maintain live models in production Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to understand client requirements Communicate complex AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Present technical solutions and demonstrate how they meet client objectives Participate in client meetings and contribute to proposal development Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging AI technologies Engage in continuous professional development and learning opportunities
Skill and Ability:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field 3-4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, NLP, OCR, and production environments Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django Knowledge of asynchronous task handling with RabbitMQ, Redis, or Celery Expertise in NLP (SpaCy, NLTK) and OCR tools (Tesseract, OpenCV) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and MLOps best practices for model deployment Ability to optimize models for performance and scalability in production
