We’re looking for a AI Product Designer
Job Description:
We are hiring an AI Product Designer to own end-to-end product and UX design for AI-powered applications. You will define problem spaces, shape AI-driven product experiences, and design interfaces that make intelligent systems understandable, trustworthy, and valuable. AI Product Designers combine traditional product design skills with deep awareness of AI capabilities, limitations, and business outcomes.
Requirements and Duties:
Lead discovery for AI product opportunities, including user research, journey mapping, and problem framing. Define product requirements, success metrics, and AI-specific UX patterns for intelligent features. Design end-to-end experiences for AI assistants, copilots, recommendations, automation, and analytics products. Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity UIs for AI-driven applications. Design for trust, transparency, explainability, and user control in AI interactions. Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to ensure feasibility of AI-powered experiences. Validate designs through usability testing, A/B experiments, and iterative feedback loops. Establish design systems and patterns tailored to AI behaviors, uncertainty, and progressive disclosure. Work with product managers to align AI capabilities with user needs and business goals. Contribute to AI ethics, safety, and responsible design practices within product teams.
Skill and Ability:
4+ years of experience in product design, UX design, interaction design, or related roles. Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for software applications, preferably with AI or data-driven features. Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools. Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, agents, recommendations, and generative content. Experience designing for uncertainty, probabilistic outputs, and human-AI collaboration. Strong user research, testing, and data-informed design skills. Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Comfortable working in agile, iterative product environments. Experience designing conversational interfaces, voice assistants, or multimodal AI products. Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, and global UX considerations. Background in product management, analytics, or front-end development. Familiarity with AI governance, safety patterns, and risk-aware design.
