We’re looking for a Jr. SEO Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to strengthen our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for improving website search visibility through SEO, AEO, GEO, off-page SEO, content promotion, and digital outreach. The role requires hands-on experience with online communities, guest-post outreach, social campaigns, SEO analysis, and modern AI-powered search optimization.
Requirements and Duties:
Execute off-page SEO activities, including link building, backlink acquisition, and content promotion Conduct AEO and GEO activities to improve website visibility across search engines and AI-powered search platforms Identify and participate in relevant Reddit, Quora, forums, and online communities through meaningful posts and responses Plan and execute guest post and link-building outreach with relevant websites and publishers Manage and support social media campaigns to increase content reach and website visibility Analyze websites to identify SEO issues related to technical SEO, content, backlinks, indexing, and overall search performance Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other SEO performance metrics Use analytics and webmaster tools to track website performance and identify growth opportunities Conduct competitor and backlink analysis to identify new SEO opportunities Assist in optimizing website content for traditional search as well as AI-powered search and answer engines Stay updated with the latest SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search, and digital marketing trends Prepare regular SEO reports and track the progress of ongoing activities
Skill and Ability:
2–3 years of relevant experience in SEO and digital marketing Strong hands-on knowledge of off-page SEO and link-building strategies Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO for improving search and AI visibility Experience posting, answering, and engaging on Reddit, Quora, forums, and other online communities Good understanding of guest post outreach, publisher research, and relationship building Experience managing or supporting social media campaigns Ability to analyze website SEO issues and recommend appropriate solutions Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console/Webmaster tools, and other SEO platforms Hands-on familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and similar SEO tools Familiarity with AI tools and emerging AI-powered search platforms Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines
