We’re looking for a Senior HR
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle while partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention. The role will be responsible for strengthening HR processes and policies, managing employee relations and compliance, tracking key HR metrics, and driving people-focused initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/IT Services industry, with strong HRBP, stakeholder management, performance management, employee relations, talent management, and HR analytics skills. Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR or equivalent
Requirements and Duties:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle. Drive Talent Acquisition and workforce planning for technical and non-technical roles. Partner with business leaders on workforce and people-related matters. Drive employee engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives. Manage performance appraisal, goal setting, feedback, and PIP processes. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Support talent management, career development, and succession planning. Coordinate with recruitment teams for workforce planning and critical hiring. Drive HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance. Track HR metrics including headcount, attrition, engagement, and retention. Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management. Identify HR gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
