For what projects/services did your company hire Konstant Infosolutions, and what were your goals?
We hired Konstant to help us build our proof of concept mobile application.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We basically had four people working on the app. Eeshan managing the team, Deepak developing the design, Satish developed the frontend, and Sumant developed the backend of the app. One of the best things is that we really felt like a real team and I am truly going to miss the guys!
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We needed their help with building out a mobile application for both iOS and Android. We needed the app to be built using React Native, Node.JS, MongoDb, and MySQL.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We interviewed a hand full of other companies but what made Konstant stand out was their presentation, the questions they asked us to understand the project, and the price. Konstant even took the time to present alternatives that they thought would help the project and reduce the cost.

They were great and I can't really think of any feedback for them. They were super flexible to make us help and to make sure we were all on the same page.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I loved how they were super collaborative. They made us feel like the really wanted to do what was best for the project.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The were very easy to communicate with. We had meetings every workday to discuss what was completed the previous day, what they were planning on working on that day or what we would like them to work on.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The quote they gave us was right on par for time and the quality of the work was fantastic.
