Konstant Infosolutions organized a weekend trip to Cambay Golf Resort for increasing prime networking opportunities and energy boost up.
Doesn’t it sound good if we have a relaxing environment with our office colleagues and friends with all luxurious amenities like swimming pool, golf ground, indoor and outdoor games, etc? It was a hot sunny day when Konstant team was excited to make a trip for Cambay resort located in Jamdoli, Jaipur, with full enthusiasm. Although it was sun-drenched but everyone was busy in making plans, games strategies and other actions in 2 different buses while having some snacks and entertaining activities of singing and dancing.
And finally we reached the destination – what a fantastic place, 4 star tourist resort with greater amenities and fun loving activities. It took around 40 mins travelling from Konstant head office to this world class Hotel with 17.5 Kms of distance. When we entered in the resort, we all were at the beautifully designed reception with some Indian traditional antiques in a showcase and ravishing paintings. Some guys got relaxed in comfortable sofas while some enjoyed exploring this beautiful place.
How can we miss the opportunity of swimming in hot sunny day. Everyone was energized to go there and spend some time in the pool. Guys and girls enjoyed in two different pools with loud music on the spot. Meanwhile, if the music is loud and thunderous, how can we resist ourselves from dancing? Yes, we all had fun with this piece of entertainment which can never be forgotten. Some guys were busy in capturing these marvelous moments.
Eatables bind every person with its flavorsome aroma. And without some snacks, you cannot have more fun and activities with full of energy. You got that right! That was the evening snack time when we enjoyed delicious cutlets and pakoras with some mocktails near the pool which boosted up the energy.
Cambay golf resort is also famous for its indoor games and activities also. So we also had some fun loving activities there like carom board, air hockey, table tennis, billiards, cards and many more. Here you can see some:
Also, we occupied the gigantic playground with our outdoors activities. And that was the show-stealing moment for which everyone was waiting. Some enjoyed badminton while some were engaged with playing in groups. Meanwhile, our main players were busy in winning the awards by playing Kabaddi competition held between 4 teams with 10 members in each team. The first competition was in between Konstant Panther vs Konstant Warriors from that Panthers reached to the finals by winning the first session. The next session was in between Konstant Strikers v’s Konstant Rhinos where Rhinos won the match. And then the nail-biting match between the two winning teams – Konstant Panther vs Konstant Rhinos, where we felt some exciting and tragic moments. Finally we found our champion team, which was our Konstant Rhinos – the youngest team of the series, won with a great victory. After which we played some more games like Tug of War (Rope Pulling), Dumb Sheraz, Lemon Race and Balloon Busting to get some more winners. More games means more winners, which leads to more appreciation. ‘Everyone should get appreciated’ was the main strategy.
It was around 9:30 PM when we all went for dinner. Delicious dinner with wonderful new and old friends. Wao!! Dinner time was remarkable. We enjoyed the scrumptious Thai food there, including some ordinary Indian dishes. Conceptually, this is a better idea of having more than one variety as everyone’s taste is different. So that was the nice plan of having a mixture of Indian and foreign dishes as some like to enjoy different tastes like choumien, Manchurian, fried rice etc. and some like to have the original Indian dishes at the time of lunch or dinner.
The most awaited event is the price distribution, which is the most lovable episode for all. We also loved to have exciting prizes. Every winner got his/her reward and appreciation with lots of applause.
We feel overwhelming when the program ends up with a praise. After all the activities and events, our bosses Mr. Vipin Jain and Mr. Manish Jain have praised every employee with their enthusiastic words. And on the return journey, all the staff members were busy in discussing about this eventful trip.
This trip to Cambay Resort is definitely an astonishing paradigm for employee empowerment and enthusiasm.
