Recently we crossed the 21 – year mark at Konstant Infosolutions. Each one of us found ourselves overwhelmed with gratitude and nostalgia, reminiscing about the incredible journey we’ve had.
We have traversed through a lot many challenges in past years. Throughout this time, we have witnessed our teams grow, evolve and flourish. We have celebrated small wins to keep that charm alive. We summed up every little effort with sheer determination to spark that magic.
Success is a team sport. When you bring talented individuals together, we’re not just assembling a workforce, we’re forming a collective force of creativity, expertise, and innovation.
It’s easy to believe that leadership means always being at the forefront, steering every decision.
But the truth is, the most significant breakthroughs happen when we take a step back, and allow our teams to shine.
TRUST is the cornerstone of this TRANSFORMATION.
It’s important to recognize that our teams were hired for their skills and knowledge and then give them the freedom to use these talents to the fullest.
Together, we accomplish more, reach higher, and create a workplace where everyone thrives.

“All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy,” as the saying goes, when there’s no enjoyment and only labor, it dulls everyone’s spirits. Even the break time feels mundane when confined to one spot. So, why not liven things up by heading to the cafeteria and letting loose for those 1.5 hours to embrace some fun and groove?

Two teams of 5 members each were lined up. Every member was given a paper cup, which they had to place on their head, and walk to the table across the other size of the room. The paper shouldn’t fall. The team had to build a paper cup pyramid without faltering. The team that completed it earlier were rewarded.
Ten-twelve members assembled in one large circle. One of them had to chant “One Fish”, another person had to say, “Jumped into the water”, and third person had to say, “Chappakk”.
In the next instance, the fourth person in the sequence has to say, “Two fishes”, fifth person in the sequence had to say, “Two fishes”, sixth person in the sequence had to say, “Jumped into the water”, seventh person in the sequence had to say, “Jumped into the water”, eighth person in the sequence had to say, “Chappakk”, ninth person in the sequence had to say, “Chappakk”.
In a third instance, three people in the sequence had to repeat “Three fishes”; next three people in the sequence had to say, “Jumped into the water”; next three people in the sequence had to say, “Chappakk”.
Now, every member had to to hand movements (actions) while uttering these words. If the wrong action was accompanied by the word they were saying, they were out of the sequence.
Any person who forgot what they were about to say, was also out of the sequence.
Last three people left in the sequence, were rewarded.
Four teams of two members each assembled. One had to be blindfolded and the other one had to instruct them to navigate through and reach the chair kept at the other corner of the room. The team who finished first was the winner.
Trying your luck at the Lucky Wheel during Konstant’s weekend bash is like a high-stakes game show where the only thing you’re guaranteed to win is a good laugh and maybe a movie voucher!

Overall, it was a lively mix of nostalgia and celebration where we embraced fun with games like balancing paper cups and rhythmic chanting, topped off with the thrilling Lucky Wheel Spin, leaving us all laughing and winning memories to cherish!
