Apple’s all new iPhone line-up is out in the market and we can’t wait to share the exclusive coverage!

Along with the release of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus Apple has come up with the all exclusive iPhone X, which is also dubbed as iPhone 10 by fans. Mostly because the symbol X represents 10 in Roman Numerals and it is the 10th anniversary of iPhone, which was launched exactly a decade ago in 2007 at Macworld Expo.

The event introducing iPhone X stressed more on the footnote focusing on the new advanced features it sports as a next-generation iPhone. The attention-grabbing terms included the all-new Face ID and Animoji.

Apart from this, key dialogs feature support for AR platform, True Depth Camera, A11 Bionic and the trades-offs that significantly impact the new iPhone’s design and functionality and drive its uniqueness.

So, what all we have in the news. Let’s cover it all in detail:

When is it releasing?

The most viral question these days. When will we get to see the iPhone X for real. Well, you have to wait for a few more days as the launch is scheduled on 3rd of November. However, you can book your iPhone X from 27th October.

What do you need to pay to buy iPhone X?

iPhone X is going to the be the most expensive iPhone till date. You can own the device paying a sum of $999. And that is for the starting model with 64GB space. If you would like to go for the 256GB model, it will cost you $1,149.

How will it look like?

You might find a lot of different claims about the iPhone X design from different media sources. Till now the most evident and reliable news that flashed on the most authentic news updates say that the new device would be made with highly durable glass and surgical grade stainless-steel sporting a 5.8 inch Super Retina screen and will be available in Silver and Space Grey shades variants. Further, as much known to all of us, this would be the first iPhone to ditch the iconic Home button. And as they describe on the official page, it would be an ‘all-screen’ phone with an edge-to-edge display.

Quick Specs

iPhone X comes with a six-core CPU design which is powered by an A11 Bionic chip. And it is claimed to be the most advanced and smartest chip built for smartphones ever! And delivers up to 70% faster CPU efficiency and 25% stronger performance. It will combine with Apple-designed GPU to support AR at 60fps which will help augmenting the experience of Machine Learning and 3D Games greatly.

Just like its predecessors it will not support any microSD card and comes only in two storage variants – 64GB or 256GB.

What’s all new? The phone comes with the first-ever OLED screen, TrueDepth Camera, Face ID recognition, of course the new Animoji, and a11 Bionic intelligence.

iPhone X also features a host of functions on the front-top in Flood Illuminator, Proximity Sensor, Dot Projector, Ambient light sensor with the core camera and speaker outlets.

The phone comes fitted with an ever-durable glass to interface with. Just like iPhone 7 it is built to resist harsh weather conditions as it comes with water and dust resistance.

The New Display

The phone comes with the first-ever OLED display that stretches from one edge to another. Its screen has a million-to-one contrast ratio which shows great compatibility to colors to deliver you a high-definition sight. Expect it to be awesome in terms of reception and quality – something of the sort you have been getting from the top displays of Samsung and LG. Further, it comes with True Tone display, which means it can adjust to the surrounding lights to allow you the perfect sight of the screen.

No Home Button – What Does that mean?

That’s something unlike iPhone but if Apple’s doing it there must be some agenda behind. And, as it seems now it is more likely to make the new iPhone do well with the edge-to-edge display. And if we look at the whole thing from the offering perspective it looks more like a strategic mold to try and penetrate the new design-and-make trends. Going with that, they have even designed iOS 11 to best suit the No-Home-Button format and have come up with sweeping control and navigation changes.

What’s all about Face ID?

iPhone X Face id

Till now you used to unlock your iPhone with the fingerprint sensors by pressing the Home Button. But now you have Face ID to help you do the same. As technical experts explain it, they have used intrinsic programming to detect and recognize the face correctly. Now, here the word correctly means, recognizing the face from different angles, in different appearances and expressions, adjusting it under varied light conditions and so on. And all that at once! At the same time, it should not authorize or confirm any duplicate mask or get confused by something closely resembling. Well, as they say they have covered it all with the help of advanced coding matrix, TrueDepth scanning and Machine Learning and it would work perfectly as said and expected. With that it seems, this is going to be a fine leap in the way you unlock, authorize and pay.

What Animoji will do?

Animoji

Adding new fun to your iMessage conversations, Animojiwill tap your expressions (capturing and analyzing 50 different muscle movements) and sync those with the animal characters to your choice.Even better, you can put your choice of voice into it too! To begin with they are coming with 12 different Animoji. Expect TrueDepth camera and A11 Bionic technology to impress you with quality here!

What’s up with the camera?

The phone comes with dual-lens set-up on the rear with both offering 12 MP optical image stabilization. The camera is supported with new quad LED True Tone Flash with Slow Sync, which delivers brighter natural light. On the front of it you will find 7Mp TrueDepth camera which is exclusively built to capture and scan thoroughly detailed and fine real images. And the features like Optical Zoom, Wide-Angle Camera and Telephoto Camerawill further add to this ability.

The camera is paired with Dot Projector, Infrared Camera and Flood Illuminator for advanced face mapping to fetch better results with Face ID.Further, it comes with advanced camera support features on both sides allowing it to produce great results, allying with advanced portraiture and sophisticated algorithms, executed with the inventive smart focus and sensible capture effects.

Wireless charging and battery life

iPhone X Wireless charging

All this new technology seems to drain a lot of battery. But if we go by the words of Apple, it claims to offer improved battery life to keep up with the bigger power feeding needs. Another great thing here is, you can charge your iPhone X wirelessly. So, you can move around and just take your phone anywhere in the permitted range while it is charging. Good move!

With all these features combined and recognizing the recent attempts at releases, it could be said that Apple is moving towards making iPhone more identifiable and pertinent with evolved user choices and needs. And that should take a more confident shape with the upcoming stints if iPhone X and the accompanying releases get to make good response come out of it.
