Finally Taking the Moment

While we had been following the practice to play team building games that required agility and quirkiness to win, some required presence of mind and communication skills to win, some used to require individual contribution or team effort to win. We realized that two or three teams, and a handful of members always participated, but we wanted to give everyone a chance to play, even if that required putting their work on pause for that 1 hour, and lose themselves in the moment.

Games @ Konstant

We followed a different practice this time. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance employee engagement and foster a sense of camaraderie, Konstant announced an exciting online game of Tambola scheduled for March’s First Weekend.

Conclusive

The purpose of this variation was to make everyone participate, have fun, and also seize the opportunity to win a chocolate. A prize, no matter how small it is, always remains a prize! That equates hard work.

Everyone’s cooperation made this online Tambola event a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.
