Indeed, this can be possible by organizing a table tennis tournament at work. We invite all our employees to pick up a paddle and ask their fellows for a game of table tennis.
Their faces are beaming with joy as they hit a few balls instead of taking them out on the keyboard. We have only a few winners after the tournaments, but we have many smiling faces that are refreshed and relaxed after having enjoyed the thrill of the game.
