I am the founder of a startup geared toward traveling gymgoers.
We needed to develop the iOS and Android platforms for our app, and do some database integration.
Our graphics designer and interface engineer constructed the screens we wanted, and we presented those to them. We relied on them to make the changes that we wanted.
We had one program manager, which made the project much easier. All communications would go through him, and he would relay that back to the developers. There was an open level of communication.
A part of the selection criteria was them being able to show us other work — and especially other work local to Australia. I spoke with another client of theirs and also searched through online reviews.
We are beta testing right now, so we don't have any yet.
I was very annoying in terms of changing very nitty gritty things, and they accepted it. They made it really easy to work with them and work with my ability.
There were separate Android and iOS teams, each led by an engineer. There was a technical lead that looked over all the technical aspects and guided all of the engineers.
I can't think of any. Overall, it was really good working with them. It was generally a pleasant relationship.
Give them a go and communicate with them. I’m confident other clients will be as happy as I am with them.
