I hired Konstant to develop a web platform that enables a user to better understand the value proposition of a property's location when researching a property for purchase or rental purposes.
Conducted a competitive tender between 3 companies. Deciding factors were: Agility in response Price Willingness to deep dive into the problem prior to contract signing
Scope of work was to map out the physical attributes of a property's addressed based on the radius (distance) selected by the user. So if a user types his/ her home addres selects a radius anywhere between 1-5km selects the attributes that it is seeking to understand i.e. schools, parks, transport, vets, restaurants etc. and then the result is a map and tile view showing the distance of these attributes to the property address.
