I'm the VP of engineering and we build virtual 3D stores for retail customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only area of improvement was some initial concerns with the quality of the fixes and not adhering to our standards, this was more on us not informing them of what the expectation was. We addressed it quickly and they adjusted their coding practices the next day.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their care for improvement is very impressive. We changed some process internally and let them know. They not only accepted the change, but helped our internal team operate even better based on their communication daily.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
For us, they operate in a Kanban style, we provide them with tickets and they move them through the pipeline (QA Check, Beta, Prod). We leverage slack for our communication and a monthly video call with PM. Their response time is exceptional and their dedication to our projects is very rare to find in an outsourced organization.
