This includes personalized progress reports, treatment milestones, and any changes in their care plan, ensuring patients stay informed and engaged in their recovery process. Healthcare News for Patients: The platform also includes a feature for delivering relevant healthcare news and updates to patients. This keeps them informed about new treatments, health tips, and other pertinent information related to their condition or general well-being. Scheduling and Communication Efficiencies with Medical Personnel: One of the critical components was the creation of a seamless scheduling system. This allows patients to easily book, reschedule, or cancel appointments with their healthcare providers. Additionally, the platform enhances communication between patients and medical personnel, ensuring that all parties are on the same page regarding treatment plans and schedules.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Measurable outcomes for the project entailed meeting certain guidelines and or criteria as defined within the general scope of work. Some of the measureables included ensuring that we have a UI / UX built out by a certain date. After that milestone, additional measurables reflecting progress included functionality and effective use of certain portions of the platform being built.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
In general, there were some delays with the deliverables but nothing too obscene. Our company had factored in delays and work-order changes. Above all, the most important factor for our company was ensuring that the scope of work we had agreed upon was coming to life and that the vendor we are using is amenable to necessary changes. Konstant Solutions demonstrated to our company that they understand our vision and were eager to work with us to ensure it came to life.
