5/5 I am the Senior Director of Data & Operations based in the NYC office at Pencils of Promise.
We hired Konstant to develop a e-reader application that could be piloted in primary schools in rural areas of Ghana.
We selected the vendor based on values alignment, budget, and evidence of executing similar projects.
Meeting were held on a regular basis with the project manager and there were frequent opportunities throughout the engagement to provide feedback on various phases. Pencils of Promise was very satisfied with the project flow.
We worked primarily with a project manager and a few developers when technical questions needed to be addressed.
Pencils of Promise is incredibly satisfied with the end product and the process of collaboration and development was effective all around.
Communication was handled primarily through email with occasional calls set up via Zoom. Time zone difference could be tricky at times, but Konstant was very open to accommodating timing on the part of Pencils of Promise.
