NASSCOM, with its sole aim of facilitating growth and leadership in India, and making it a safe and trusted place to carry out business, organizes a number of Flagship, Regional, National, and Global Trade events every year in which several members participate enthusiastically. One such event took place on the 23rd of April, 2015, which was about creating awareness on the systematic innovation, and the practices and methods involved in the innovation management. The speaker at the event was Mr. Aditya Bhalla, Innovation Practice Head, QAI Global who has facilitated over 400 projects spanning different industries and trained more than 1500 people.
Keeping up the pace with the motto of NASSCOM, which is ‘Transform Business, Transform India, the speaker at the event made the entrepreneurs understand the seven core skills that an innovator must possess in order to think out-of-the-box, and apply those in the business. There were also sessions about the need of systematic innovation, why growth is not constant? Why luxury of timing no longer exists? And many more such questions. The session was followed by a few practice exercises, and question and answer round.
Konstant Infosolutions is also a revered member of this association from last two years, and the founders of the organization, Mr. Vipin Jain and Mr. Manish Jain were also invited to attend the event, which according to them was an excellent chance to meet the renowned people at the event, and learn more about the updates and guidelines of NASSCOM. The CEO of Konstant Infosolutions, Mr. Vipin Jain after attending the event stated that,
“The systematic innovation is the practice of forecasting, which will definitely make evolutionary and intelligent changes in our business, and hence we are eagerly looking forward to apply the same in our organization.”
Mr. Manish Jain, the director of Konstant also shared the learning experiences that he had in that interactive event. He said that,
‘’Such events should take place frequently as they give an excellent learning experience, and provide a chance to get acquainted with other entrepreneurs as well, which otherwise is not possible due to the hectic schedule”.
He also appreciated the speaker for the topics he picked to speak. Overall, both the entrepreneurs were elated being the part of this brilliantly executed event.
