We built an app to generate, and read QR code stickers on our stuff. It enables users to generate their unique QR code stickers, print them, and paste them over their goods/stuff during travel. In worst cases, if they lose any of the items, people who find it can scan those QR code tags and inform their owners directly. The one who finds the lost stuff does not necessarily need to have the app installed on their smartphone. They get redirected to the website portal upon scanning and anonymously contact the “goods’ owner” without sharing any personal details.
As we came across the project idea, we were ready for the unexpected. We implemented indigenous efforts to bring out audacious and performative results. We implemented a ‘barbell’ response strategy that combined safety nets and a flexible ‘Agile’ framework, which used feedback loops and real-time responsiveness.
We worked through in small Sprints, dividing modules into small time-boxed periods of one week to one month, during which the product owner, scrum master, scrum teams worked to complete every product addition. As work imbibed incorporating new features based on the user stories, and backlog. We started the newsprint immediately after the current sprint ended.
