The Smartlink is a subsidiary business of the company Global Apps Pty Ltd. The suite of Smartlink products is primarily concerned with creating, designing, and implementing digital communication solutions for business, educational institutions, community groups/associations, and government bodies. These digital communication solutions include mobile app development, standalone and integrated website development, customized CMS [content management system] development, and group mobile platforms. I am the founder and general manager of the company and all subsidiary business that fall under this umbrella.
The major challenge was finding an affordable developer in Australia with the knowledge and industry experience to develop a specific portfolio of products. Our goal was to find an organization that could not only develop the required products but also one with which we could build a mutually beneficial business relationship for all future projects.
Konstant Infosolutions provided the mobile communication apps and fully integrated the apps and websites as to reduce double data entry to the same audience. They also worked on CMS integration and training for clients. They provide ongoing digital and technical support as well.
We searched for online providers and looked specifically at B2B research and review organizations such as Clutch. We looked at reviews, previous projects, range, quality of clients, and the communication with the account manager. I chose Konstant because they have a number of services that we could accommodate well not only my current projects but also to future developments. They also had a good global representation and good reviews.

We started the work with Konstant Infosolutions in May 2016 after our dissatisfaction with a previous developer. We have a number of different projects going on at the same time and we’re constantly redeveloping initial products, so the relationship is ongoing.
We now have a great array and suite of products developed. This has opened up a number of new previously unexplored markets with great adoption and conversion results.
What’s most impressive about Konstant is their skill for communication and understanding. I have an incredibly competent account manager assigned to me. He takes the time to read content and listens to any communication provided. If there is any misunderstanding, he seeks clarification. He understands exactly what is required of my products and has been involved from day one. Additionally, on the rare occasion when he is not available, the other staff members are equally competent in their communication and understanding.
