I'm the founder of Mimicr, a screensharing app for Android.
I used another team for about a year, but wasn't seeing any results. I looked for other companies to complete the project, and hired Konstant Infosolutions to develop the app.
My goals were fairly simple; I wanted to develop a successful screensharing technology application for Android phones and launch it on the Google Play Store.
I looked at Clutch reviews to make my initial selection and had extensive phone conversations to ensure candidates understood complexity of the work. Konstant came out on top.
We spent a good amount of time working through the technology, which was rather complicated. Once they had a good grasp of the project, we worked together to integrate the front- and backend. Most of the design was already finished when they came on to the project, so we had to make some tweaks to the design and functionality to make sure there weren't any bugs. After that, we had an iterative testing process of all possible scenerios on all Android models before launch.
I mostly communicated with a project manager.
They helped us successfully launch the app. The screensharing functionality works consistently, which was difficult to accomplish.
