We plan these monthly activities anticipating a huge turnout and an enthusiastic participation from everyone. We drive such activities to channelize creative energies, and know the ‘behind the scenes’/ ‘what is unknown’/ ‘hidden potential’.
Any activity that we conduct in the premises, big or small, is meant to attract equal participation, to let people ‘think’, and ‘act’, and most importantly relieve themselves of some work load, for at least a few minutes. We believe, this little bit is required to bring the business ‘on track’!
We vouch on these 5 things, to gain some perspective:
1. Audit all our work (code/content).
2. Improve our efficiency.
3. Analyze the CRM
4. Look at our teams.
5. Monitor our spending
We are all on a journey and it is not always clear as to why things are happening. But everything we learn and every tweak we make ends up getting us closer to where we are meant to be. It would be a sign of procrastination if we say that we’ll deal with something in 2024. So, let’s begin!
