Avoiding worry, stress, and tension is the single most important key to longevity.

Snacking and munching on the way, we continued the monthly trend and played an amazing maze of paths and possibilities as team members placed chair pegs anywhere on the pathway. Others had to find the route between the pegs.
This team-building game challenged the teams to solve a problem very collaboratively. One person was blindfolded and the other one had to instruct the way out. The first person was required to follow the instructions and traverse in between the chairs grid kept in no particular order. When the blindfolded member stepped off the path, they will need to start again. But they were given three points to disqualify. It requires the team to support each other in order to succeed. Ultimately It created feelings of euphoric success demonstrating what the team can achieve when they work together. The game can be scaled by having multiple teams play simultaneously, creating competition.
The opponent teams had the option to increase the difficulty of the game and thus make it potentially very frustrating. It was important to be conscious of the team’s stress level. If the team became overly frustrated the game was paused and allowed time to think to rethink their plan.
We spin a picker wheel that picks two lucky winners. If the person whose name is displayed on the screen is not present in the room, they are not considered, and the wheel is rotated again. It goes on until two lucky winners are declared to set off the evening.
Some events are designed to foster relationship building while other activities are made to develop a specific skill in a fun way. As we kick off the new year with a few, we intend our employees to learn communication, problem-solving, creative thinking, and employee bonding on the way! Cheers!
