To develop a mobile application that can send appointment requests to available barbers.

I worked with Raunak Jain and 4 to 5 members of his team.

The steps were outlined in the beginning, we went over the 4 steps that were needed to complete the project and spoke often along the way
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I found them through Google and Youtube and the deciding factors were that they gave me directions along the way during the interview.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I like the fact that they have worked on similar projects like mine and it was a deciding factor in my decision to work with them.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Raunak was easy to deal with and we communicated often. I am satisfied with the time it took to complete my project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Within the 10 to 12 months of working together, they sent me samples and graphics of the app so we collaborated on what needed to be improved until we got a finished product. They met my expectations in the end.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I feel that everything went as planned.
