I am the Co-owner and COO of the company.
We wanted a mobile party finder app that uses a UI/UX interface, allowing users to view parties they want to attend, RSVP to a party or event, and make VIP reservations. In addition, the app must show real-time data, displaying live visual feeds and the event's location.
We researched and interviewed over five companies online. We selected Konstant due to their expertise, communication, competitive price, and ability to explain their workflow process from a to z.
We had a series of zoom meetings to discuss the app in detail. Then we were assigned a project manager named Ayush, who helped us throughout the process. In addition, we were given a detailed project schedule that kept us up to date on the process and deadlines of each deliverable.
We were given one point of contact, our project manager Ayush who facilitated all meetings between his team and us. IT, graphic designers, web designers, etc. His system allowed communication to run smoothly and efficiently.
We were given a mock-up of our app and websites within a few months.
Ayush's project management style was very efficient. He and his team communicated well. After every meeting, he sent us a follow-up email summarizing what we discussed and the items needed.
Their mobile development and customer service skills were proficient. They were subject matter experts in their field.
The app development process took way longer than expected because of our time zone difference. I suggest they hire people for different shifts to better meet the client's needs. Especially, since they are working with people internationally.
