Please describe your company and your position there.

I am one of the Co-Founders and CTO of Waldo Labs. It is a recruiting tech startup that focuses on helping other startups source for qualified candidates by calibrating on clients' requirements and feedback.

The platform that our clients and internal users use for their day-to-day operation.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

2 full stack engineers (Rohit and Nitesh) and Eeshan (PM)

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kickoff meeting to go over the requirements and how we work. Given that Rohit is our first engineer, a lot of the processes that we have today was built as part of the many months that we worked together. We use Slack for communication. The scope of the work was to refactor our version 1 of the current portal platform to include more robust integration with 3rd party tools and add in workflow automation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for vendors in this industry and KonstantInfo was one that had reviews. They are very open to negotiate on pricing and timeline which helped us with our planning process and runway.

Results & Feedback

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only area of improvement that I have for KonstantInfo is the code quality. There have been many times where I have to make additional changes since there are typos or the quality of the code isn't up to standard.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people! They are all very amazing people to work with and I do see them as my coworkers who I have grown to understand and learn from every day.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We have daily standup and a few hours of overlap in the morning for additional questions. During our sync up, we talked about what the engineers have worked on and what they will be working on tomorrow.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Able to meet deadlines and engineers are very awesome to work with! At the beginning, the way one of the engineers was operating did not work well with my style so I had to communicate that with Eeshan and Eeshan was able to solve this pretty quickly.
