For what projects/services did your company hire Konstant Infosolutions, and what were your goals?
We hire Konstant to develop a mobile app. We hire them due to their great review online. Also, my Partner had use them in the past.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 7 resources in total from project management team, design team, development team and QA team. Raunak was my project manager who handled the project very well.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We received wireframe, Design, scope on time and they deliver the project successfully within timeline as per the delivery plan shared. They incorporated feedback and there was no back and forth at all. The technology used to develop the project was IONIC and MySQL.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected this vendor from clutch due to their review and great customer service and portfolio.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing for now. I know these guys will always be ahead of time and make sure to come over any missing thing in their organization which will make their clients happy.

Their flexible style of working, great communication, analysis, and understanding of our concept were impressive. They were always ready to support and on top of it they make sure that even after launching the project they want the project to be successful in the market for which they always guided.

They use their project management tool i.e. MPD for managing the project. For communication, they were using MS TEAMS, Skype and email. Overall, there were no issues while communicating with them and they always responded on time., sometimes even after their working hours.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Within few months after our app was launched, we saw over 1000 downloads and achieved a good rating from our clients specifically from US. Gradually, with time we have seen a tremendous boost up in our clientele. It's all because of Konstant InfoSolutions.
