5/5 I am the founder and CEO of a marketplace booking platform
We needed to develop a complex marketplace application for booking the services of freelancers with a separate portal for both customers and suppliers. We needed a team with strong technical skills to bring the vision from the UI/UX designs to life.
We searched through Clutch to make a shortlist of vendors and did initial calls with almost 10 vendors. Konstant stood out because of the level of detail in the initial call with Siddhartha. He took the time to go in depth on the flow of the app and have a true understanding of it and provided a lot of time. Other vendors gave a quick scan through and didn't have the same desire to understand what we wanted to do. Konstant was not the cheapest option but the quality and value for money was clear
After the initial proposal document was created with Siddhartha we were passed to Ankur and his team to create an in-depth scope document that would be used to guide development. The project was broken into 6 releases with key deliverables broken down for each release. React native was used to develop the mobile application with the backend being developed on MongoDB
Ankur was the project manager, we also had a UI designer, a team of developers and a QA team
The product was delivered exactly as promised in a fully functioning manner at the time of writing where we are about to receive the code base to launch to our own servers. We are very satisfied with the level of work so far and have agreed to get the web version of the application developed with Konstant also
Communication took place through email and Teams calls. The timeliness of communication was always impressive despite time zone differences.
The attention to detail of Ankur in every interaction and his willingness to accommodate requests that I made for changes throughout the process or for new additions. The technical skills of the team to create a functioning product given the complex nature of some of the functionality that was desired
