Background

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder of a travel app. The company provides translation services on demand.

Opportunity/Challenge

What challenge were you trying to address with Konstant Infosolutions?

We needed a mobile app that our customers could use to connect to translators on demand.

Solution

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them what we wanted to see, and Konstant Infosolutions developed the app with three faces. There’s one side for the customers, an admin panel for us, and then one side for translators to pick up calls and manage their performances. The team also came up with the tech stack.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a client account manager and occasionally other teammates when there were other questions. I interacted with at least four different teammates.

How did you come to work with Konstant Infosolutions?

They created an app with similar functionality for another company in Japan. I liked the app and reached out to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in October 2019, and the bulk of the work was completed in December 2019. Everything was completed in February 2020.

Results & Feedback

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work was of a good standard. We were generally very happy.

How did Konstant Infosolutions perform from a project management standpoint?

When we had comments or things we wanted to change, Konstant Infosolutions reacted quickly. They were constructive and gave good feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Maybe this is cultural, but they are very direct. They don’t waste time and they’re not afraid to share their opinions. We found that to be very helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not that I think of.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We had a bonus element in the scope of work where we said that if they hit a certain deadline, they could get that bonus. Konstant Infosolutions was very motivated, so I would advise customers to create a performance bonus like that.
